shakeology recipe Peanut Chocolate Shakeology

This is my favorite recipe- I have this for breakfast during the week day and it keeps me full through lunch! It tastes good with enter vanilla or chocolate shakeology! To keep things simple I skip the cinnamon and vanilla in the mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1Tb natural peanut or almond butter or PB2
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup milk (almond, coconut or skim)
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1t sp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla Shakeology
  • water

Directions

Add water to desired thickness. Mix in a blender.

21 Day Fix

I just used 1-2 ounces of milk (based on the recommendation for coffee). You could skip the milk altogether.  I reduced the nut butter to 1 teaspoon and used it as one of the 2 allotted teaspoons of oil per day. For 21 Day Fix it is preferred to use a natural nut butter than PB2 but both types are allowed.
