  • Phase 1

    • alternate straight weightlifting days with lift + HIIT days to help build strength and lean muscle while burning a ton of calories.
  • Phase 2

    • same as Phase 1 but Joel pumps up the volume and intensity and adds new muscle splits for a whole new challenge. Every workout ends with an ab-focused finisher to help shred and strengthen your core.

    I subscribe to Beach Body and have been doing LIIFT4. Is LIIFT More available through Beach Body? I haven’t been able to find it. Thanks!
