Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

 

I had a surplus of frozen bananas and I wanted a treat so I made this yummy, healthy snack. This was so simple to make!

Ingredients

2 1/2 frozen bananas
1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
water
natural peanut butter or almond butter
toasted coconut

Directions

Let the bananas defrost a bit before putting in the blender.

Mix the vegan (or regular) chocolate Shakeology with just enough water to make a paste.

Blend the chocolate and bananas till well mixed.

Top with melted nut butter and then toasted coconut.
