apple berry shakeology

Unlike what I expect from a green shake, Greenberry has fruity taste that is enhanced by fresh or frozen fruits. I often just look in my cabinets and freezer to find something mix with this terrific flavor. Here is the basic recipe I use… there a lot of flexibility in it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh berries. I have also used mango berry tango frozen fruits and pineapple.
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 scoop or packet greenberry Shakeology
  • 1/2 cup water – more or less to taste

Directions

I let the frozen fruit defrost for about 10 minutes in water. Add greenberry shakeology and applesauce. Use a blender (like Nutribullet) to mix thoroughly.
