I am excited to share an overview of my favorite planner, the Passion Planner.

I have been using this planner since 2016 , I’ve used all of the sizes they have and I just got the new spiral bound. Here I want to give you an inside view of what it looks like inside and share samples of inspiration for ideas for your planner.

NOW for all you newbies, let’s look at the features of the planner… and what makes Passion Planner my favorite.

Sizes

I have been using these planners for years and I’ve tried all of the sizes.

To help YOU decide which size to get, check out the handwriting test ( go to Downloads->Samples->Handwriting Test ) this is a free download that has sample page exerpts in 3 different sizes he page sizes to help you decide which is best for you. My personal preference is the medium because it is portable and has enough space for my notes.

Passion Roadmap

I love the Passion Roadmap page – where you can envision and map out goals for the next:

  • 3 months
  • 1 year
  • 3 years
  • Lifetime

GameChanger

The gamechanger page is like the passion roadmap where you can breakout one of your goals into separate steps and milestones.

Shaded Monthly Tabs

When you turn the Passion Planner on it’s side, with the binding down, you can see pages with darkened areas to indicate the months. It helps you jump right to the month, when needed.

Monthly Calendar

There are three options for the planner: Sunday start, Monday start or Undated.

I love that calendar spread has space on the bottom of the pages for to do lists and space for your gamechanger, or whatever else you prefer to write or diagram or draw.

On the left hand side we have prompts for:

  • This month’s focus
  • People to see
  • Places to go
  • Things to learn

Weekly Spreads

At the heart of these pages or course are the hourly lines where you can enter your appointments, meetings or carve of time blocks for important tasks.

At the bottom of the pages is space for:

  • To do lists
  • Space of infinite possibility

On the left and side of the page we have:

  • This Week’s Focus
  • Good things that happened
  • Quote of the week

I love that the passion planner has prompts for reflections throughout the planner – for each week, month, mid-year and end of the year.

Monthly Reflection

This is a two page spread with 8 questions / prompts and space to write your answers and thoughts about the past month. There is also a short checklist to complete.

Mid-year Passion Roadmap and GameChanger

These pages can be found between June and July. These pages look like the ones in the front of the planner.

For this section, I like to review my first roadmap of the year, reflect on what I have achieved so far and consider what the mid-year roadmap will look like.

Gamechanger – where I break down 3 month goal from my passion roadmap on the previous page to milestones and important steps.

End of Year Reflection pages

This is a two page spread with 7questions / prompts and space to write your answers and thoughts about the past year.

Blank pages and Dotted pages

In the back of the book there are 10 sheets of blank pages and 10 more of dotted pages.
